The use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. You accept these terms and conditions by using the Site. You must not use the Site if you disagree with these terms and conditions. At any time, we retain the right to change these terms and conditions. 100% SECURE SHOPPING GUARANTEE Servers for tripstrolly.com employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Only tripstrolly.com can see a buyer's personal information thanks to this encryption technology, which is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, Netscape, Mozilla, and AOL browsers. We promise that your transaction on the tripstrolly.com website will be 100 percent secure. Even though we never want to experience credit card fraud, if it happens due to doing business with tripstrolly.com, you won't have to pay anything. Using your credit card at a restaurant or department store is statistically less secure than online shopping at tripstrolly.com. Because the information is immediately encrypted into a jumbled message that can only be decoded by an authorized computer, technical experts point out that online purchases without human participation are far safer than conventional credit card transactions. You'll be one of the millions of internet shoppers who have done so safely. After a good online buying experience at tripstrolly.com, we're confident that you'll begin to appreciate the comfort and security of shopping at home. According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company cannot demand that you pay more than $50 in unauthorized charges. tripstrolly.com will cover the cost, up to a maximum of $50, if your credit card was used fraudulently as a result of purchases you made on the tripstrolly.com website while using the secure server, even if your credit card company ultimately decides to have you pay any of the $50 it can charge.

You must inform your credit card company if such an incident does occur. If that happens, the only options for getting a refund are through the defaulting provider, any applicable insurance, or a liable third party, unless the default was brought on by tripstrolly.com. When a supplier falters before rendering services, you can take legal or statutory action against the supplier to obtain a refund. tripstrolly.com guarantees that it will only work with suppliers who uphold the industry's highest service standards and choose them carefully to safeguard you against supplier default. tripstrolly.com does not take liability for activities involving travel services that are not within the control of tripstrolly.com or its personnel unless indicated above.

Even though some tickets may have BT (Bulk fare) printed on them, others may have a specified value that may be different (lower or greater) than the fare paid. Discounts may vary based on several.

Let's say your plan includes a final destination or rest stops outside of the country from which you are traveling. The "Warsaw Convention's rules may therefore apply to your travel, including any time spent inside your origin or destination country. The Warsaw Convention controls and could restrict an air carrier's liability for passenger fatalities, injuries, and baggage loss or damage. Only after a reservation is confirmed or ticketed is it complete. To safeguard our consumers, we check with the credit/debit Card Company to make sure that the billing address and credit card verification number you gave us are correct and that your debit or charge will be recognized. The fare may vary before such information is confirmed. If the debit/credit card billing address and verification number cannot be verified promptly, or if a transaction is declined because a credit/debit card has been rejected by the issuing bank or a travel provider, we are not liable. We are also not liable for any fare changes or additional fees that may be incurred during our verification process. An authorization code may have been placed on your credit card when you selected the fare, and if the transaction was unsuccessful, it might have blocked your available credit until the bank unblocked it.

Booking Process

For your convenience, the following terminology definitions in these terminology & Conditions are as follows: "Service Element" refers to a single item or service that is listed on the website and that can be ordered separately from other services. A supplier of one or more Service Elements is called a "Travel Supplier." (For instance, hotels, automakers, and airplanes). tripstrolly.com establishes arrangements with third-party vendors Travel Suppliers for Service Elements, all as previously described, but does not operate as the primary. "Booking" refers to the negotiating process you engage in with the travel supplier while using our site to obtain one or more service elements, which could lead to a contract after we receive full payment and accept your offer. The following actions are taken to complete a Booking to confirm its validity: We welcome you to submit an offer to acquire Service Elements when we publish them on our website.

This offer is not made until you click "Book" on the payment page of the website, which is labelled "Review Trip Details and Book." Once you've done that, you've made tripstrolly.com an offer to buy the pertinent Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"), which cannot be retracted if you change your mind. In our sole discretion, we are free to accept or reject your offer on behalf of the pertinent Travel Supplier. The tripstrolly.com email confirmation is only an acknowledgment that we have received your offer and DOES NOT constitute a binding contract accepting the booking. The availability of the pertinent Service Element(s) must be confirmed.

Your reservation will be processed if the necessary Service Element is on hand. When full payment is received, a contract is created for the specific reservation. The only Service Elements that are covered by the agreement between you and the applicable Travel Supplier are those that have been confirmed through email with either reservation numbers for hotels, automobiles, or activities or ticket numbers in the event of travel by air. Once a contract between you and the travel supplier has been created, a ticket has been issued, and a reservation has been made and confirmed by the supplier, only then are the terms of your booking-such as the cost, availability, and travel dates-guaranteed. Please be aware that after completing the booking stage, you can only modify your booking data (such as names or destinations) at our sole discretion and by our Terms & Conditions.

These Booking procedures will apply to all the Terms & Conditions for each of our Service Elements listed below. Any area not covered by the Booking process is supplemented by the terms and conditions for the airline tickets, hotels, auto rentals, and attractions and services. We have the right to modify the Booking procedure at any time, and modifications shall be effective as of the day they are posted on the Site.

A government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels, and places where you rent a car throughout your trip. Additional documentation may also be required for attractions and other products, depending on what the applicable Travel Suppliers determine as essential. For foreign travel (to the majority of nations outside of the United States), in addition to the government-issued identification that is required, as described above, proof of citizenship (a passport) is necessary. Note that it is your complete duty to ensure that you satisfy the passport, visa, and health criteria of the nations you wish to visit and those you transit to (even if it is only for a quick change of flights).

Many nations demand that your passport be valid for at least a certain amount of time after your arrival. You should contact the relevant local consulate of the country (s) you are visiting if you have any inquiries about the applicable minimum term, any additional conditions, or passport/visa requirements for travel. You will not be eligible for any reimbursements in any way if you are refused boarding, delayed, or deported as a result of failing to comply with the requirements above, and neither tripstrolly.com nor its affiliates take any liability in this regard. Depending on where you are going, there can be government entry or exit fees. These will be in addition to your booking fees and are solely your responsibility. If your Booking includes more than one passenger, all passengers must travel together on the same itinerary. It is not possible to add or remove certain guests from your booking. tripstrolly.com reserves the right to fix pricing inaccuracies and, if necessary, give you the choice to either cancel the Booking or permit tripstrolly.com to charge your specified credit or debit card an amount equal to any price increase before your departure. Each service element indicated in your booking is delivered by the travel supplier. There may or may not be frequent flyer miles and points available for any portion of your booking. You need to confirm this with the pertinent travel provider.

You cannot move or edit the names or destinations indicated in your booking after you have made it. If there are no delivery dates provided, your booking will be fulfilled on the day the ticket is issued unless there are extraordinary circumstances. Your booking will be fulfilled on the delivery date specified in your ticket information email. The terms of the contracts of carriage for each airline are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. At each airline's airport or city ticket office, customers can read the complete wording of the contract of carriage. The entire copy of the contract of carriage may be requested by passengers from the airlines, free of charge, and delivered by mail or another delivery service may include the following:

  1. Limitations on the airline's responsibility for passenger bodily harm or death as well as for the loss, destruction, or delay of products and luggage, especially perishable or fragile items.
  2. Restrictions on filing claims, such as deadlines by which customers must do so to hold the airline accountable for any errors or omissions made by its employees or agents.
  3. The airline's rights to modify the contract terms.
  4. Requirements for check-in timings, reconfirming bookings, and refusing to carry.
  5. Rights of the airline and restrictions on service delays or failures, including rerouting, timetable adjustments, and the use of different airlines or aircraft.

Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment: Unless otherwise specified in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions, our total prices include all relevant taxes and fees for your booking's activities, hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals, and air travel. The relevant Travel Supplier will assess any applicable fees at check-in time, including any additional fuel surcharges, security fees, luggage fees, seat reservations, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service fees. Any extra fees owed to the travel supplier are entirely your responsibility. Please contact the appropriate Travel Supplier immediately if you have any inquiries concerning such fees. Prices listed for Service Element(s) are exclusive of.

The automobile rental pick-up site and the hotel's check-in desk are where all such fees must be paid. Additionally, the prices indicated do not include any additional aircraft fuel surcharges or other surcharges that may occasionally be levied by the applicable travel supplier or authorities, all of which you are still responsible for paying. When booking, payment in full using a legitimate credit or debit card is required. With a valid billing address, tripstrolly.com takes all major credit or debit cards. You, at this moment, authorize tripstrolly.com and its designated third party to complete the charge of the full amount of your Booking to the credit or debit card you have provided to us. The applicable Travel Supplier(s) may require you to provide a valid credit or debit card during check-in at the hotel and the site where you pick up the rental car to verify permitted card usage and secure any additional charges.

The card's owner must be one of the travellers on your Booking. Travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, seasons, holidays, stopovers, blackout dates, and wait listing restrictions; reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension is permitted, penalties or restrictions may apply); other conditions/restrictions; and advance purchase, seating, eligibility, or other limitations may all change without prior notice. The terms of a convention known as the "Warsaw Convention" may apply to your whole trip, including any segments that are fully within the country of origin or destination, if your itinerary includes an ultimate destination or stop in a nation other than the country of departure. If the debit/credit card billing address and verification number cannot be promptly verified, or if a transaction is declined because the credit/debit card has been rejected by the issuing bank or a travel provider, we are not liable. We are also not responsible for any fare changes or other fees that may be incurred while we are verifying your information. Your credit card may have received an authorization code if the fare is unavailable. If the transaction is not completed, the approval code may momentarily credit the amount from your bank account.

As part of our, we provide Special Discounts. The military, seniors (over 64), bereavement, natural disasters, children (between 16 and 25), the terminally ill, and those with disabilities are all covered by our CEP Policy.

The fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline apply to all airline refunds and future credits. On the payment page, service costs will be adjusted to your country's currency. Adult, kid, elder, infant, student, and military are the different passenger types. There are no refunds for any post-ticketing service fees, and they are all subject to change at any time.

In addition to any applicable airline, lodging, or vehicle rental fees, there may also be tripstrolly.com fees, supplementary fares, and other costs. Only the final sum will be billed to you. Taxes and pricing set by the government are liable to change. Only the final sum, as displayed, will be charged to your account.

1- Refunds for airline tickets are uncommon. Only available if the cancellation and refund policies of our Travel Suppliers are in place, we have approved your refund request, and you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from Suppliers for refund processing), and we can secure Supplier Waivers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

2- The majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. The regulations, policies, and procedures governing airline fares apply to airline refunds and future credits.

3- Special Services - Each airline's review and approval process, as well as its fare rules, policies, and procedures, must be followed for all the services listed. They are all provided ONLY upon Request.

Changes to Flights Already Purchased

The majority of our tickets, hotels, automobiles, packages, and cruises prohibit date or name changes beyond the completion of the booking. Alterations to the itinerary are also prohibited and according to airline fare rules, whichever is more stringent. If the supplier modifies the original itinerary at the customer's request, tripstrolly.com does not guarantee and shall not be held liable for any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you. According to our "Compassion Exception Policy," clients who are senior citizens, members of the armed forces, physically challenged, have been impacted by natural disasters, or are terminally ill may receive a waiver on all or part of tripstrolly.com fees. I ask that you carefully read our Compassion Exception Policy.

Cancel and Exchange

The majority of our plane tickets have no return whatsoever. In some cases where the airline permits cancellations, a credit may be usable for the same traveller to purchase a ticket on the same airline in the future. Typically, the airline supplier's credit has a set expiration date, after which it can no longer be used. We advise you to speak with a customer service representative about further credit restrictions. Any such reservations that allow for cancellation must be changed by calling our customer service centre before the first flight segment's planned departure time. We do not provide cancellation guarantees. If you decide to make a new reservation and want to use your airline credit, you must pay the fare difference (if any), any applicable airline fines, and any applicable post-ticketing fees charged by tripstrolly.com. All such modifications are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline, which are beyond our control. Other than helping you choose your preferred new flights and making an effort to rebook the new flights based on availability and other considerations, no additional representation is made for our exchange costs. According to our "Compassion Exception Policy," clients who are elderly, in the military, physically disabled, have been impacted by natural calamities, or are terminally ill may receive a full or partial waiver on the tripstrolly.com expenses. Please carefully read our Compassion Exception Policy.

Multiple Airline Itineraries

The terms and conditions of each airline, which may be found on each airline's website, should be carefully reviewed if your schedule includes flights that are operated by more than one airline. Such airlines will each have their limitations, policies, and costs.

Imagine that one of these flights is impacted by an airline change (such as a cancellation or rescheduling), which prompts a customer to switch to a different trip. Any fees or ticket charges associated with altering the unaffected flight may be the customer's responsibility. For requested exchanges, refunds, or adjustments, these airlines may levy costs. You are responsible for adhering to the rules and conditions of each airline, which may vary (for instance, check-in window and baggage size/weight restrictions). For all flights, please print the departure and return portions of your e-ticket confirmation before leaving. At check-in, you could be requested to show identification or a return ticket.

Cancel and Refund

After 12 hours of booking, most of our travel-related purchases-including airline tickets, lodging, pre-paid vehicle rentals, vacation packages, and service charges-are non-refundable. If travel has not started, and you have cancelled by calling our customer care centre, trip protection insurance is refundable within ten days of purchase. Calls must be made by phone exclusively for any cancellations. We can only process cancellation and refund requests if the following requirements are met: you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us, the fare rules permit cancellations and refunds, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and we can obtain waivers from suppliers to carry out this requested cancellation and refund. We are still determining how long it may take for this requested refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in a sequential format. We will email you to confirm receipt of your cancellation request once you have given our customer service representative your request. You are not automatically eligible for a refund based on this notification. You will only receive a tracking number and an acknowledgment of your request as a result. When we get your request, we'll work with the suppliers-such as the airlines, lodging establishments, and vehicle rental agencies-to produce a waiver of those regulations and let you know the outcome. The initial travel booking or reservation fees paid to us are not refundable. Please be aware that we rely on suppliers to fulfil our refund request. It can take more time for the refund to show up on your credit card statement after the provider has approved it. All vendors will typically impose a fee for a refund. From the time your request is received until you see a credit on your bill, the full process could take 60 to 90 days.

Tripstrolly.com will impose a post-ticketing services cost on top of the airline's and other suppliers refund penalties. Every refund cost is assessed on a per-ticket, per-person basis. These charges will only be applied if the supplier or a waiver has approved a refund to be made and when the supplier/airline rules allow for such returns. Imagine if the vendor refuses to handle this refund. In that scenario, we will reimburse you for our post-ticketing service fees associated with your agent-assisted refund request but not for our booking fees for the initial trip reservation or booking. According to our "Compassion Exception Policy," clients who are elderly, in the military, physically disabled, have been afflicted by natural disasters, or are terminally ill may be granted a waiver on all or a portion of tripstrolly.com expenses. I ask that you carefully read our Compassion Exception Policy.

Discount of Airfares

Airline ticket discounts is now permitted because of the US Airline Deregulation Act, Open Sky Agreements, and ensuing codifications. We can offer you many published airfare prices at costs lower than those listed by the carriers because of our significant volume and diverse purchasing sources. Depending on the destination, referral source, season, and kind of fare, the discount's value may change.

Fare Changes and Post-Payment Price Guarantee

If the ticket cost or any other factor changes before your form of payment is properly processed, you may be informed of this change, and only then do you have the option to accept or reject this transaction. If you choose to refuse this transaction, there will be no fee applied. Our After-Payment Price Promise: We guarantee that we will honour the entire final quoted price of the airline tickets independent of any changes or fluctuations in the flight cost once we have successfully accepted and processed your payment (credit/debit card).

Payment Acceptance Policy

We accept credit and debit cards from the nations listed in the billings section, including those from the US, Canada, and others. Billing addresses for AE/AP are also acceptable. Note that the final price may be charged to your credit/debit card through several charges. We will let you know within 24 hours (it can take longer for non-credit/debit card payment methods) if your credit/debit card or other form of payment needs to be processed or accepted.

If the ticket cost or any other factor changes before the successful processing and acceptance of your form of payment, you might be informed of this change, and only then would you have the option to accept or reject this transaction. You won't be charged if you choose to decline this transaction. Our Post-Purchase Price Guarantee We guarantee that we will honour the full final quoted price of the airline tickets after we have successfully accepted and processed your payment (credit/debit card), regardless of any changes or variations in the flight price. We guarantee completely safe and secure credit card transactions. Please review our website's 100% Safe Purchase Guarantee before using a credit card. Please be aware that reservations for hotels, rentals of cars, and tours and activities are only finalized until full confirmation details have been sent to the email address you supplied when making the reservation.

In some circumstances, confirmation might need to be paid for in advance. Our systems may flag certain transactions as high-risk, but we will only proceed with processing them if our credit card verification team deems it safe to do so to increase security further. We might contact you or your bank to confirm the legitimacy of such transactions.

Ticket Delivery

Although most tickets are electronic (or "e-tickets"), some itineraries are also offered with paper tickets. Before confirming the booking, kindly check the delivery costs. tripstrolly.com will send the paper ticket, product, or service through a secure mode of delivery (a reputable courier firm) if an e-ticket cannot be issued for a specific reservation or if delivery of another good or service is in progress. According to the rates listed on the website, the applicable shipping costs are deducted from the cardholder's account. You can choose not to buy the tickets to avoid paying shipping fees because these shipping costs are displayed before you make the reservation. Tripstrolly.com disclaims any liability for the delivery service's mistakes. We will try to redeliver, but we cannot guarantee it will happen on time. If you give the delivery service the wrong address, you might have to pay extra fees for the address change. The credit card that was used to make the purchase will be charged. The website will have the ticket details if an e-ticket is produced.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms

Billing addresses for all credit cards must be in the US, Canada, or another country. Please refer to the list of nations that accept credit cards in the payment drop-down on the checkout page. Bookings and prices are only confirmed once a ticket is purchased. Hotel, automobile, and vacation package reservations are only considered secure if you receive an email confirmation number. We request authorization for the sum of your projected transaction when you use a credit or debit card to make a purchase (putting a brief "hold" on the cash).

You will only be charged if we confirm your reservation, and we will ask your credit or debit Card Company to release the hold before setting you. During this time, you will be able to use the funds once they are released. Submitting the credit card does not ensure ticketing; we will let you know if it is refused within 24 hours. If your credit or debit card is declined or not charged, tripstrolly.com is not liable.

There could be several reasons why your credit or debit card has yet to be approved or authorized. Examples include: The airline could not confirm the reservation, the fare increased because the payment information was provided before purchasing the ticket; or the credit card's balance needing to be increased.

If the fare has gone up in such a case, you will be given alternative options and the chance to free cancel the reservation. The booking becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable once the price previously quoted to you is used to ticket it. For the processing of credit card payments, tripstrolly.com employs strict security measures. Fraudulent transactions are reported to airline security, federal and state law enforcement, and airport security. After making a purchase and having your tickets and other items sent to you by email confirmation or shipping, you agree not to dispute any credit card charges and to be responsible for them. When you buy a service from us on our website, you agree to pay tripstrolly.com back in case of a chargeback or credit card dispute. Most phone calls made with credit cards to our customer service department are recorded and can be used as proof in the event of a dispute. When a user or someone acting on their behalf accepts these terms and conditions and proceeds with the purchase, that user's or that person's online credit card transaction is authorized. Our technologies may flag certain transactions as high risk, but we will only proceed with them once our credit card verification team has established that it is safe to do so to give even more security. To confirm the legitimacy of such transactions, we might contact you or your bank.

Credit Card Declines

If your credit card is declined when we process your order, we will try our best to let you know by sending you an email within three business days. Your credit card will not be processed if it has been rejected. The FARE is NOT GUARANTEED, nor are any other booking specifics. You can free of charge cancel the reservation if the fare changes. There won't be any service charges associated with this.

Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer & Other Requests

Note that all special requests-including those for your seat, meals, frequent flyer status, and other items-are requests only. Any modifications to the requested seat allocation may be implemented by the airline without prior notice. Verification of every submission with the airline is advised. Our promise that you'll get the seat is not a promise.

Baggage Policy on Connecting Flights.

You might need to recover your luggage at the airport where your connecting aircraft lands and check in again to proceed with your trip when two or more airlines are involved. Additionally, you are informed that if you have excess baggage, you must pay any additional baggage fees imposed by each airline. We advise packing lightly to save on these charges because most airlines now impose baggage fees even for the first bag checked in. Please visit our "Baggage Fees" page or search for a link to baggage fees on our website to find out the cost of checking in your luggage with the various airlines. Depending on the size, weight, and number of checked bags, baggage costs might range from 15 to 100 dollars or more. When using this service, these fees will be paid directly to the airline. Although we try to keep the baggage fees table current, we advise you to speak with the airline directly for the most up-to-date luggage fees and policies.

Baggage Liability

Federal regulations demand that any cap on an airline's responsibility for lost or damaged baggage for domestic flights be at least $3,300 per passenger. There are varying responsibility limitations that apply to baggage loss, delay, or damage when traveling internationally (including domestic segments of foreign travel). Unless a larger value is disclosed in advance and additional fees are paid, the limit under the Montreal Convention is 1,131 Special Drawing Rights (or around $1700) per passenger. If the Warsaw Convention is in effect, the maximum allowance for checked baggage is around $9.07 per pound ($20 per kilogram), and the maximum allowance for unchecked baggage is $400 per passenger unless a higher value is disclosed in advance and additional fees are paid. Certain kinds of valuable items are not eligible for excess valuation claims. Airlines take no responsibility for delicate or perishable items. The airline is a good source for more details.

Baggage Policy and Fees

You must pay any additional baggage fees imposed by each airline if you have too much luggage. The majority of airlines now impose baggage fees even for the first bag checked in; to lower these expenses, we advise packing lightly. Please visit our "Baggage Fees" page or search for a link to baggage fees on our website to find the costs associated with luggage check-in by airlines. The cost of each checked luggage might range from 15 to 50 dollars, depending on the size and weight of the bag. To use this service, you must pay these costs directly to the airline. We make an effort to maintain the baggage fees table up to date, but we advise you to speak with the airline directly for the most recent check baggage prices and baggage policies.

Overbooking of Flights

There is a small chance that a seat won't be available on a flight for which a confirmed reservation has been made because airline aircraft can be overbooked. No one shall be refused a seat on an overbooked plane until airline staff has first asked for volunteers willing to cancel their ticket in exchange for compensation of the airline's choosing. Only other passengers who fall under the airline's priority may board if there are enough volunteers. People forcibly denied boarding have the right to compensation from the airline, with a few exclusions, including failing to check in by the carrier's deadline (available upon request from the air carrier). At all airport ticket counters and boarding sites, you may find a detailed list of the compensation payment guidelines and the priority boarding lists for each airline. While other consumer protections might be available, certain airlines do not apply these consumer protections to travel from certain foreign countries. For information, speak to the airline or give us a call.

Airlines Schedule Changes/Flight Cancellations

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes: Regarding scheduling modifications, airlines have varying regulations and procedures. What are schedule modifications or cancellations, and why do they occur? The current flights that are being operated by each airline frequently undergo adjustments according to operational requirements. These changes frequently foretell future travel requirements, but they might also represent changes that occur today. Flight number changes, schedule changes, route modifications, date changes, and cancellations are examples of possible alterations. How do cancellations work? When a company temporarily or permanently discontinues service to a particular city or on a certain day of the week. Reasons for Schedule Changes or Cancellations:

Bankruptcy due to any scheduled modifications made by the airlines, tripstrolly.com disclaims all responsibility for cancelled flights, missed connections, or other flight-related mishaps. We try to let the customer know if there are any scheduling changes according to our policy. It is essential to contact the airline 72 hours before departure to confirm your flights.
